SHIPPING POLICY


  1. ORDER PLACEMENT AND PROCESSING
    1. Upon successful placement of an order through the Graff My Train (GMT) web store, the customer shall receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided at the time of purchase.
    2. Order processing occurs weekly on Mondays and Tuesdays between 9:30am and 3:00pm AWST, excluding Australian national public holidays, and Western Australian public holidays and school holidays.
    3. Customers are advised to verify product availability prior to completing their purchase to avoid order fulfilment issues.
    4. GMT may use the email address and phone number provided by the customer at the time of purchase to contact the customer in the event of order fulfilment issues.
    5. By completing a purchase through GMT’s web store, the customer acknowledges and accepts the Terms & Conditions.
    6. For any inquiries regarding the status of an order, please contact us.
  2. SHIPPING FEES
    1. A shipping fee of $50.00 AUD per artwork applies to all orders containing artwork.
    2. A shipping fee of $10.00 AUD applies to the first merchandise item in an order. Each additional merchandise item shall incur an additional shipping fee of $2.50 AUD.
  3. DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
    1. GMT currently offers domestic shipping within Australia only.
    2. International shipping may be arranged at the customer’s expense, subject to GMT’s prior written approval. Customers seeking international shipping must contact GMT to make the necessary arrangements. For any inquiries regarding international shipping, please contact us.
  4. COURIER AND DELIVERY
    1. GMT utilises Australia Post for the shipment of:
      • Merchandise orders, and
      • Artwork orders with dimensions not exceeding 40 cm × 50 cm × 5 cm.
    2. GMT utilises Pack & Send for artwork orders with dimensions exceeding 40 cm × 50 cm × 5 cm.
  5. CUSTOMER COLLECTION
    1. Customers may elect to collect their orders in person as an alternative to shipping, free of charge.
    2. Any costs incurred by the customer as a result of customer collection, including but not limited to transportation or third-party collection services, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
    3. Customer collection is available by appointment only from designated locations within the Perth, Western Australia metropolitan area. Collection locations include, but are not limited to:
      • DADAA Ellenbrook – 34 Main Street, Ellenbrook WA 6069 (Available by appointment Monday – Tuesday, 10:00am – 4:00pm)
      • DADAA Fremantle – 92 Adelaide Street, Fremantle WA 6160 (Available by appointment Monday – Friday, 10:00pm – 4:00pm)
      • DADAA Midland – 26 Junction Parade, Midland WA 6056 (Available by appointment Monday – Friday, 10:00am – 4:00pm)
    4. GMT may use the email address and phone number provided at the time of purchase by customers who have elected to collect their orders in person to contact the customer and arrange customer collection.
    5. Customers who choose to collect their orders in person may be eligible for 25% money back on selected items, as determined by GMT.
    6. The 25% money-back offer applies only to eligible items. Payments will be processed to the same payment account used for the original transaction. Payments will be issued via Stripe within ten (10) business days following the collection of the item(s).
    By completing a purchase through GMT’s web store, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of this Shipping Policy.





    RETURNS POLICY


    1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
      Graff My Train (GMT) accepts returns of full-priced items purchased online, provided that the customer notifies GMT of their intention to return the item within thirty (30) days of receipt of the order. Customers must contact GMT prior to returning any item. If you wish to return an item, please contact us.

    2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
      To be eligible for return, items must meet the following conditions:
      • The item must be unworn, with no visible signs of wear, use, or damage.
      • The original swing tags and any accompanying hanging equipment must remain attached.
      • The item must be returned in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
    3. PROCESSING RETURNS
      Upon acceptance of a returned item, the customer shall be entitled to either:
      • A refund to the original payment method, processed via Stripe, or
      • A store credit equal to the amount paid for the returned item(s), excluding shipping costs, in the form of a dollar-amount, single-use GMT Big Cartel discount code.
    4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
      All return shipping costs shall be the sole responsibility of the customer. GMT does not provide return shipping labels or reimburse shipping expenses.

    5. EXCLUSIONS
      Items purchased at a discounted price or as part of a promotional sale are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. Customers are advised to make their selection carefully, as all sales on discounted items are binding.
